Obama Wins

Barack Obama will be the next president of the United States. I can’t say that I am very happy with that fact—I’ve spent the last two years hoping that that very thing wouldn’t happen. It has, though, and I think that the country will suffer for it.

But lets keep a sense of perspective here. Barack Obama won’t be the worst thing to happen to the country. He is, at least, a decent man who is as honest as any politician is. The Republicans have fought liberalism from behind before—they can do so again. Obama’s election is not grounds for despair.

I imagine that there are quite a few conservatives very angry (or discouraged) about Obama’s victory. I’m not. Obama ran a fine campaign, and given the current incompetence of the Republican party, his victory should come as no surprise. I disagree with Obama on most issues. But he is still my president, and I wish him well in governing the country, and congratulate him on his victory.

Obama's campaign was packed with lies, and In addition, Obama had benefited from a bias media.

Great post! Maybe the best post election blog post i have read yet. I completely agree with you. And if nothing else, i think it's going to be next to impossible for Obama to get this country out of it's current crisis so in 4 years the country will hate democratic liberal illuminati as much as they do the crazy conservative republican right now. Them the right will be right back on top. That's one positive way to look at it.

right on and he is a great patriot who will and has sacraficed much for this country, which does not even deserve such a great, honest and capitalistic president.

It really is a brilliant strategy. Con the unemployed, uneducated, illegal aliens, the MTV doped up lamebrains, along with the boys in the ghetto, the PC crowd, and the trailer trash into voting for you with promises of more government aid than could every be delivered. Enlist the help of ACORN and a bunch of left wing radicals to make them do it.

Then once in power tax, tax, tax tax, and fund programs that will indoctrinate youth to keep commies in power.
Too bad only fools, commies and crack-heads would vote for Obama and America is smarter than this?
Obama will make a terrible President . Remember deep inside we all know Obama is a filthy Commie with terrorist friends like Ayers, American hating friends like Wright and Criminal friends like Rezko.
for all you libs out there. you think we have problems now, just wait til the messiah is in control.
Anonymous You're either a troll; pathetically disillusioned; or just plain ignorant.

He won, and we have to stand behind him, however, that doesn't mean we agree with the socialist ways he and the elitist illuminati have, and we need to hope four years of this and out.
